We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Whitney Museum. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that final sale items and memberships are non-refundable.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
